Before I experienced grief, I thought loss was something that happened at the end of a story. Now I realize it changes every chapter that comes after. Because grief didn’t just change how I think about the people I’ve lost. It changed how I think about the people I still have. It made me appreciate ordinary moments more. The phone calls. The coffee dates. The random conversations. The people I love who are still here. Because grief taught me something uncomfortable but important. Nothing is guaranteed. And maybe that’s why life feels more precious now than it did before. Not because I think about death more. But because I think about life more. #grief #griefjourney #griefandloss #healingjourney #griefandlosssupport
