From contributing to a U SPORTS silver medal team as a first-year athlete to closing her career ranked among the nation’s best in the 1500m and 3000m, she has consistently delivered when it mattered most. Her championship resume is exceptional: multiple All-Canadian honours in cross country, eight U SPORTS track medals, and ten OUA medals across individual and relay events. She holds top-three positions on Western ‘s all-time lists in the mile, 1 000m, and 3000m, and proudly represented Canada at the FISU World University Games.
