A Glendale man has been federally indicted after a Phoenix synagogue was allegedly targeted. Federal prosecutors say Kevin Charles Pyles, 33, posted an antisemitic flyer on the front door of Sha’arei Shalom Congregation in Phoenix in July 2025. Court records show Pyles previously pleaded guilty in state court to a charge tied to online threats targeting the Jewish community and the same congregation. If convicted on the new federal charge, he could face up to one year in prison, a $100,000 fine, or both.
