Arizona troopers say a Phoenix traffic stop on May 22 turned into one of the wilder cases they’ve seen this year. According to AZDPS, Metro Night Watch troopers spotted a driver who had allegedly fled from law enforcement during two previous criminal-speed investigations. When troopers attempted another stop, DPS says the suspect reached speeds over 130 MPH before eventually being taken into custody. Investigators also found a hidden switch that could conceal the vehicle’s license plate at the push of a button. The suspect was booked on multiple felony charges related to unlawful flight and other offenses. What’s crazier: the 130+ MPH speeds or the hidden license plate setup? 👀 Send us your stories to be featured on the page.
