"I grew up hearing the sound of shelling, seeing my mother cry, and my family living in fear." For 12-year-old Aya, conflict has shaped much of her childhood. Yet through it all, she continues to hold onto hope for a future where every child can live in safety, learn in school, and pursue their dreams.
