A cause close to our hearts. 💜 This past Saturday, June 20, the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute was proud to sponsor a table at the Ohio Valley Brain Ball, the Alzheimer's Association's annual gala at the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack. This year's celebration took on a jazz speakeasy theme, with guests stepping out in their roaring '20s best for an unforgettable evening of inspiration and fundraising, all in support of Alzheimer's research, care, and the families facing this disease every day. Events like the Brain Ball remind us why we do this work. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer's, and we're proud to stand alongside our community in that fight.
