A #SanDiego security guard has been arrested and booked on two felony charges after allegedly firing a Taser dart into a patron’s face at a #SouthernCalifornia bar, according to police. Video shows the guard, #DavidMarquez, pulling out a Taser and firing it at point-blank range into the man’s face during an altercation. The victim falls to the ground in pain as a bystander steps in to help. Police say they arrested Marquez after reviewing footage of the alleged assault.
