Charleston rolled out the red carpet for us, and I’m still thinking about it 🤌🌴🐠 Spent a week in the low country for what was a blend of professional and personal fun. Professionally, I helped host the Collegiate Fitness Directors Summit, leading marketing strategy and content collection. Personally, lizik.tee and I took every opportunity to experience the city. Even Daisy T 🐶 joined us, seeing the ocean for the first time and staring at every stranger until they told her how pretty she is 😆 This felt like one of those trips that I’ll look back on as the good ole’ days.
