DOÑA ANA ACCOUNTABILITY SERIES PART 4 OF 5 For nearly three years, Battalion Search & Rescue volunteers have revisited reported human remains sites throughout southern Doña Ana County. What we found should concern everyone. At more than twenty sites previously reported to authorities, we found additional human remains left behind. Not one site. Not a handful of sites. Every site we revisited. B0N€S. Clothing. Personal belongings. Evidence. In some cases, these remains sat in the desert for months or years after authorities had been notified.
