UPCYCLING A VINTAGE WEDDING DRESS AND GIVING IT NEW LIFE ♻️ A huge thank you to cecemug and fabwmama for trusting me with this very special project! — When cecemug first presented me with the idea last year, I was nervous at first because I’ve never worked with a wedding dress before. This turned out to be one of my most favorite upcycling projects ever, especially with the sentimental value behind it. The skirt consists of two layers: the top satin layer has an asymmetrical hem with a flounce along the side, while the bottom lace layer has a slit going through the front.
