grief will have you breaking down, rocking back and forth between meetings in the middle of a work day. hitting you while trying to sleep at night. suffocating you at the most random moments. and you just have to allow yourself to feel the emotions in order to move on with your day. people don't get it. they think it's been enough time but grief doesn't go away with time. grief moves into your life, never leaves, and you learn to live with it.
