Fifth Square (fifth.square) was started by a Muslim-Bangladeshi couple after being inspired by their most recent visit to Dhaka and trying a popular waffle popsicle store over there. Within 6 months they decided to take the risk and open their cafe in the East Village serving a unique and trendy coffee menu and their own twist to the waffle popsicles with six different flavors. They only serve coffee and waffles, and no meat products. All ingredients used are halal.
