When Tori was diagnosed with colon cancer before the age of 40, her world changed in an instant. What followed was more than cancer treatment, it was support for her whole family. Through collaborative care, her team anticipated her needs, including a social worker connecting her young children with counseling programs to help them navigate her diagnosis.
