Chickens, Mushrooms, and flowers! Oh My!🐔 🍄 💐 Oh, and a lavender cake! All together? Am I dreaming? This is one of my very favorite I’ve ever made. I didn’t expect it as I was making it then all at once I fell head over heels. The chickens are fashioned out of marzipan to look like two of the sweetest hens - Rose & Blanche. Did you know chickens love herbs, too? Especially lavender. It seems fitting this cake is full of it! The green moss is green cake crumbs! Don’t y’all be @-ing me asking what the green stuff is.
