Last week, Katie MacDonald represented Miles for Migraine and the U.S. migraine advocacy community at Lundbeck's #1 Voices Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark. This three-day event brought together Lundbeck staff and representatives from 36 patient advocacy organizations worldwide, all united around a shared goal: putting the voices and lived experiences of patients at the center of brain health advocacy. The summit included talks from Lundbeck leadership, presentations from fellow advocacy organizations, breakout sessions, and meaningful one-on-one networking. Katie noted that even though attendees represented a wide range of neurological conditions and came from countries all over the world, the similarities and connections they shared were remarkable.
