If you have an issue with a teammate, do not bring it to the rest of the locker room. When you talk to everyone except the person you are upset with, you create division. Suddenly, half the team takes one side, the other half takes a different side, and your coach walks into practice completely unaware of the tension. That destroys a team from the inside out. The solution is simple: Be direct. Have a one-on-one conversation with that teammate. If you do not feel comfortable doing that, go straight to your coach or a trusted adult so they can help mediate.
