A big Japan and Oregon food, drinks, and cultural festival will bring dozens of kitchens, a pop-up Japanese-American marketplace, and 25 small craft breweries and cideries from Japan to Portland!
Fuji to Hood returns to The Redd on Salmon on July 18, and it may be one of the best things to do this summer in Portland.
Attendees can enjoy collaborative beers and ciders with fun Japanese ingredients like yuzu citrus, cedar wood, koji saké rice, Japanese grown hops, and matcha (like the Porter featured in the video) as well as saké, wine, spirits, cocktails, and traditional non-alcoholic beverages. PLUS live music, cultural performances like Judo, Sumo, Kendo, and Taiko indoors and outdoors on multiple stages.
