China has recently released the first ever footage of the launch of a Dongfeng-17 (DF-17) hypersonic missile. The launch was carried out by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Rocket Force during a training exercise in the north GobI Desert. ⁣ DF-17 was previously displayed at the military parades in Beijing in 2019 and 2025.
