“I am a Jedi, like my father before me” …Truth is my dad never cared about Star Wars until I cared, then he dug in and made it his language to communicate with me at a young age…whether humming the John Williams score, singing random songs and replacing the lyrics with Walrus Man and R2 name drops, or really whatever it took to reach me. He reached me. It even carried over to later in life when he named his fantasy football team the Modal Nodes 😂 I never talk about it to anyone but my wife, but I miss the guy every damn day.
