The soup is rich, hearty, and packed with flavor. The pork literally falls off the bone, and adding perilla seeds makes it even better. The set also comes with bossam, and the staff will even show you how to enjoy it if it’s your first time. But my favorite part? The bokkeumbap (fried rice) made with the leftover sauce.
