“We will only get there if we do this together.” Jayney Howson, Chief Learning Officer at ServiceNow. At our International Women in Engineering Day event this week with ServiceNow, we brought together the people shaping technology, performance and business to share the decisions, challenges and career pivots behind their journeys. Because the barrier is not ability. It is believing the opportunity is available to you. Together, we are helping to open more doors into engineering and ensuring that they remain open for the next generation. #INWED2026
