Documentary Scenes🎥 Here’s a collection of frames and short teasers seen in the 3 episode premiere of “The Long Road: A Hockey Series.” I’m still processing last night, seeing work I created on the big screen in a theater 🤯 I couldn’t possibly count the number of hours put into filming, scheduling and conducting over 40 interviews, editing (including several all night no sleep editing sessions), scouring the internet for photos, videos, articles, etc., double and triple checking everything to as close to perfection as possible. Borrowed jerseys to stage for interviews and for B-Roll of photos, invested in lighting and lenses, had photo prints made and put into albums for shoots, and 100s of miles driven back and forth from the North Shore to Hingham. I love the grind, I love history, storytelling, and hockey, so combine it all and you have the most fun I’ve had creating my own idea from scratch.
