Long Island sushi lovers, here's something to put on your radar. A highly-regarded New York City omakase spot is coming to the Hamptons this summer with a buzzy four-night pop-up. 🍣 Sushi Koju is an intimate 14-seat omakase experience in the Ace Hotel in Downtown Brooklyn. Chef Kevin Garrison is known for dry aging his fish, which takes out some of the moisture and is said to create a more silken texture. Now, Garrison is coming to the LDV at The Maidstone Hotel in East Hampton for an 18-course omakase experience, which will run $386.25 per person, including tax and tip.
