The Wantagh Dairy Mart will open soon in the former Lighthouse Dairy Mart in Wantagh, which closed in 2024. Self-described serial entrepreneur Alan Jacoby and his business partner, Justin Heath, of the Jones Beach Deli in Wantagh, closed on the purchase. They are working on bringing back "that old-school nostalgic Dairy Barn vibe," to the drive-thru on Wantagh Avenue, Jacoby said. He plans to open in August.
