I grew up in Buena Park, and I always wanted to be successful. I constantly saw nice, expensive things I wanted but didn’t have the tools to get them, which only intensified my obsession with success. Over the years, people have always had something to say.  Telling me I was wrong and crazy.  At some point, I listened to that noise and questioned myself, which only slowed me down. But eventually, I proved them all wrong. Three kids, multiple TV shows and brands, investments, businesses, and now I’m going against the traditional real estate system. Am I crazy again? I don’t know, but I do know that many homeowners are overpaying fees or making decisions without fully understanding their options.
