Every part of a dairy farm depends on family, and for Jessica Silacci, that’s never been more true. Jessica says she’s a mother first, and her days are hectic by nature. Between preparing meals for her family, helping with homework, and managing the household, she’s also running a business. Her mornings often start early with paperwork before the kids wake up, then it’s out to check on cows that have calved, feed calves, and work on irrigation.
