Despite the joke, scientists are fairly confident dinosaurs did not have mammalian hair. Hair is a defining feature of mammals, while non avian dinosaurs are known to have had scales, feathers, or feather-like filaments depending on the species. Because keratin based soft tissues rarely fossilize, their exact appearance is not always preserved.
