Too many kids are stuck in generic group sessions, trained by people running cookie cutter programs that never actually develop an individual identity.
So they grind for years…
and still can’t transfer skills into a real game. 😤
When I teach shooting, I teach IDENTITY first 👇
1️⃣ Be efficient not flashy
2️⃣ Be mechanical not emotional
3️⃣ No highs. No lows. Next make.
4️⃣ Know YOUR spots
5️⃣ Find 7–10 spots you can make consistently with very few misses
6️⃣ Build your handles and movement to GET to those spots.
That’s it.
Everything else gets built around THAT. 🎯
Your ball handling?
Moves that get you to your spots.
Your shooting sessions?
Reps from spots you’ll actually see in a game.
