A special congratulations to our Senior Marimba Competition Band on taking the trophy at the South African National Schools Marimba Competition! 🏆 Our Knights placed 1st for the Boys High School catagory (with hosts, Michaelhouse, placing 2nd), and took the overall win of the competition, reclaiming the trophy for a consecutive year, with Michaelhouse placing 2nd and St Johns DSG placing 3rd overall. Our Juniors followed closely in their footsteps, placing 1st in the High School Development Band category - an incredible achievement for our young musicians. 👏 Special mention goes to Obed Ephraim, who was awarded as Best Drummer of all schools. 🥁 Thank you to Mr Gale and Mrs Steenkamp for all their efforts, planning and passion for Marimba - and to our boys for always giving it their all - we are so proud of you!
