Hello, July. ❤️ Summer has definitely arrived, and it already feels like we’ve packed a lot into it. Last week, we were in Fredericksburg for the southernlivingmag Idea House install. It was a busy few days of moving furniture, unpacking boxes, styling every last detail, and making things come together. I can’t wait to start sharing more as we get closer to the September reveal. At home, we celebrated Margot turning five (I’m still not sure how that’s possible!), she’s having the best time at summer camp, and Milo is settling right into the family. He’s sweet, curious, and always wants to be wherever we are. For this month’s In the Mood, I picked red. Maybe it’s because of America’s 250th anniversary, or maybe July just feels like a red month. I’ve been spotting it everywhere lately, from furniture and striped textiles to ballet flats and summer dresses. I love that red doesn’t have to be the main event.
