This week’s #MEETEXECMONDAY is with our Panhellenic Delegate, Ava Hayre! “My time in Phi Mu so far has been nothing short of amazing. It has given me not only my best friends, but girls I will truly call my sisters forever! The Phi Mu sisterhood has introduced me to the most authentic, loyal, funny, and inspiring women I have ever met, and I am grateful everyday to be a part of it. As an out-of-state gator, I was nervous about moving far from home knowing absolutely no one. I wish I could tell myself then that my best friends were waiting for me in Phi Mu, and all the opportunities it would give me! I pursued leadership early in my time in the chapter, first as Phi Mu’s Philanthropic Events Delegate for the Junior Panhellenic Council, and next as our current Panhellenic Delegate as a part of the 2026 Executive Committee.
