There was a moment during our gathering at the Land of Bohamia that stayed with me.
It was about all the things that were not said.
As we sat by the water, reflected in our journals, and later gathered around the fire, I watched something beautiful happen. These women gave themselves permission to simply be where they were without fixing, performing, or pretending they had all the answers.
We spend so much of our lives believing that transformation comes from doing more.
But what if it begins by becoming quiet enough to hear yourself again?
That’s one of the greatest gifts a regular practice can offer. Whether it’s five minutes of stillness, journaling, meditation, or sound, the practice isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about creating enough space to remember who you are before the world tells you who you should be.
A life you love isn’t created in one big courageous leap.
It’s created in the small moments when you choose to come back to yourself again and again.
Take five...
