There are some experiences that aren’t meant to be rushed. Last week, a group of women gathered in the woods for an evening of reflection, ritual, and sound, inspired by the Summer Solstice and nature’s invitation to pause, reflect, and begin again. Together we walked quietly to the water, where each woman was invited to reflect on what had grown, what she was ready to release, and what she wanted to cultivate in the season ahead. We returned to the warmth of the fire, where intentions became action. Through ceremony, sound, stillness, and the beauty of being surrounded by nature, we were reminded that healing doesn’t always happen by doing more. Sometimes it begins by creating enough space to hear ourselves again. These gatherings aren’t about escaping life. They’re about returning to it with greater clarity, presence, and intention.
