My pizza version starts with homemade beef and lamb cevapi with the secret ingreident of baking soda that gives it signature bouncey texture. My tavern dough acts as the base and gets topped with ajvar, shredded mozzarella. the homemade cevapi, and a sprinkle Bosnian livno cheese.
