Join us in welcoming Cheyenne LaViolette as STN's new Program Director! 🥳 🎬 🎞️ 🎙️ Cheyenne will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of STN’s educational programs, contests, and events; creating engaging experiences that empower students and support educators in broadcast journalism, film, and media. Cheyenne brings a passion for student storytelling and a deep commitment to the next generation of media creators. Since 2019, she has taught broadcasting and filmmaking, growing her school's media program from 18 students per semester to nearly 200, a testament to her ability to inspire students to find their voice behind the camera. Her students have earned recognition at the local, regional, and national levels, including numerous STN awards. Having served as both an STN adviser and Regional Ambassador, she brings firsthand knowledge of what makes the STN experience meaningful for advisers and students alike.
