Checked out the Central Square farmers market and met some of the team behind Chitarra Pastaria, a Cambridge start up that crafts pasta made by their employees who are all on the spectrum They wanted to build a pasta start up that competes on the quality of the pasta and not on donations or sympathy I ordered a pack of 3 this past Christmas and came in the cutest themed box!
