A human arm found in an Illinois lake has been identified as belonging to a 38-year-old suburban man, police said Thursday. Illinois State Police said boaters found part of a human arm in the waters of Mattoon Lake, located south of Champaign, on June 28. The arm had "distinct tattoos," including one of a skeleton holding a Green Bay Packers helmet. Yesterday, state police said an identification was made and the arm belonged to 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner, of Plainfield.
