Today, we mark the anniversary of the 1908 Tunguska event, the largest asteroid impact in recorded history, and remind the world why planetary defence matters. 🌍UNOOSA has worked on near-Earth objects for many years, recognising asteroid impact hazards as a global issue that demands an international response.
