The Big Butler Fair takes place from July 3 through 11 — “Always over the Fourth,” as one of its slogans goes — and each evening features a different event.
“America 250 is taking priority,” said Clint Cehily, vice president for the Butler Fair and Agriculture Association, which organizes the annual fair. “We’re having a 175-year party in five years, but America 250 is our top priority right now.”
The last day of the fair, Saturday, July 11, will be closed by a musical performance by Larry Fleet, taking place at 7 p.m. in the grand stands.
