With over 20 years of experience in the social service sector, he brings heart, vision, and grit to the fight for affordable housing in Northeast Ohio. His work is rooted in equity, dignity, and community—because he believes a home is more than a roof over your head; it’s a foundation for a better life. That belief fuels his dedication to not just building houses, but rebuilding neighborhoods and restoring hope. John’s leadership has earned him widespread recognition, including the Illuminating Hope Award and multiple appearances on the Ohio Power 500 list. From camp counselor to nonprofit leader, he’s dedicated his life to service—with compassion, courage, and grit.
