Most people think knee pain means their knees are the problem. Most of the time, they aren’t. Tight hips. Tight glutes. Tight hamstrings. Poor ankle mobility. Skipping your warm up. That’s usually where the issue starts. Before you load up the bar, spend 10 minutes getting your body ready to perform.
