TRANSFERS: A skill that we don’t think about often until we see if done incorrectly, transfers after catch. No matter how you catch, be able to get the ball to your throwing hand while the feet are moving, in order to be ready to throw by the time the left foot lands. The left foot is essentially your trigger. Once it lands, we need to be ready to throw. When the timing between left foot and throwing hand are off, thats when throws become erratic. #PryorDevelopment
