Bitcoin is exactly where the internet was in 1995.
Less than 10% of the world uses crypto today. The internet had the same numbers in the mid 90s, when no serious corporation took it seriously. But the internet only needed cables and modems. Once the infrastructure existed, no government could stop it.
Bitcoin is different. Its spread is decided by law. The same asset is legal tender in El Salvador, banned in China, and now pulled under exchange control in South Africa. The US put stablecoins under federal law with the GENIUS Act in 2025. Namibia passed its Virtual Assets Act in 2023.
So stop watching the price. Watch the legislation. Which country gets it right first?
