Our luck in the #120 俱楽部 Mazda Spirit Racing Miata for Super Taikyu Road 4 at Sportsland SUGO ran out this weekend as we qualified 3rd but ended up finishing 7th after some mechanical troubles. Again, I was in charge of taking the checkered flag for the last hour in the last stint. Practice in the wet went well and we made significant changes to setup before the drier qualifying which definitely was a test for me as a developing driver. Race pace was the best so far this season and the car setup seems to be moving in a positive direction as we continue to work hard as a team every round. Thank you to our sponsors, mechanics, advisor, manager and engineer for always putting in the hard work and time to make sure we can perform. Next round will be Autopolis which is a circuit I haven’t driven before!!
