Walmart Is Officially RETURNING To Place d’Orléans after over 20 YEARS from leaving the mall, but this time with a TWO LEVEL Supercentre‼️😳🔵🛒 Walmart has announced it will once again become an anchor tenant at Place d’Orléans, opening a brand-new two-level Supercentre in the former Hudson’s Bay space. Many longtime Ottawa residents will remember that Walmart previously operated inside Place d’Orléans after replacing Woolco in 1994. The store remained there until 2005, when it relocated to its current Supercentre on Innes Road. Now, over two decades later, the retailer is coming full circle. The new 115,500-square-foot Supercentre is expected to open by 2027 and will feature a full grocery section, pharmacy, general merchandise, as well as pickup and delivery services.
