The best part of my job is telling pennstate student stories I had a fun opportunity to follow Avah around the Penn State Swine Education and Research Farm and learn what she does there as a live-in student. The ultimate goal of this facility is to support swine education. These facilities support 8 Animal Science department classes and applied swine research through graduate and undergraduate projects, focusing on sow production and offspring growth performance.
