Works are underway at one of our Chelsea Grade II listed homes - this is a lovely house in Chelsea from the very early Victorian period in the 1830’s. We’ve designed a sensitive two storey extension across the lower and raised ground floors that allows for a larger kitchen dining space and for an extra home office study space that will open onto a lightwell. We’ve designed a re-landscaped garden area that allowed for more usable space.
