We're looking for mountain athletes from marginalized communities - rock climbers, mountaineers, ice climbers, skiers, and ultra runners - who excel in their sport and are on the path to become a professional athlete, guide, or coach. Applicants must be 18 years or older, reside in the USA or Canada, and have the ability to travel. Selected applicants will be placed with a SCARPA athlete mentor. Through mentorship, education, financial support, and industry exposure, you'll work toward a defined goal, leaving more prepared, knowledgable, and confident to navigate the outdoor industry.
