After finishing his team’s project early, one of our Fundamentals of Fabrication students put his fabrication skills to work by creating a fun mock steering wheel inspired by a ship’s helm. Projects like these show how the skills learned through measuring, fitting, welding, and fabrication can be applied to far more than the assigned project.
