#SexyyRed is asking a judge to remove her from #TayKeith’s unpaid royalties lawsuit, arguing that any money owed should be paid by the record label, not her. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sexyy’s legal team submitted a letter dated June 6 in which she said she was only recently made aware that she had been named as a defendant and denied the allegations against her. “I am appalled and furthermore hurt by the allegations made,” she wrote, explaining that producer payments are handled by the label. She added, “Tay Keith and I are great working partners and even greater friends. If the label owes him money, I’m sure they have started the process to get him paid. There are several songs that Tay Keith and I have worked on together that I haven’t received payment for yet.
